Lead with AI is operated by Futures Human Capital Consultancy ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's used. It's written in plain language rather than dense legal text — if anything is unclear, contact us at info@leadwithainow.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact or purchase enquiry form:your name, work email, company name, and whatever you write in the message field, plus (for purchase enquiries) the playbook volume and number of users you're asking about. This is only ever what you type in voluntarily — there's no hidden tracking on the form.

When your organisation purchases access:your email address is registered against your company's licence so you can sign in to the reader. Your password is set and verified by Supabase Auth, our authentication provider — we never see or store it in plain text.

Inside the licensed reader: your signed-in email appears as a discreet watermark on every page, so copies can be traced back to the account they came from. This is the same email already on file for your licence — nothing new is collected to show it.

What we don't collect:we don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use cookies for anything other than keeping you signed in (for licensed readers) or keeping the internal admin panel gated (for our own staff).

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up with pricing, scheduling, or next steps.
• To provision and manage your organisation's access to the playbook library.
• To keep a record of enquiries and licences for our own business administration.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers to run this site, and your data passes through them solely to deliver the service:

• Resend — sends the email confirmations and notifications generated by this site (enquiry confirmations, licensed-reader invites and password resets).
• Supabase — hosts the database and handles authentication for the licensed reader and the internal admin panel.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with any other third party, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain business records. Licensed reader accounts are kept for the duration of your organisation's access; if a licence is removed, the associated account is deleted, not archived.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@leadwithainow.comand we'll action it promptly.
